We can not bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement with your specified insurer.

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see the scope of work going beyond the agreed-upon time frame, we will reach out to clarify a new completion date.

We begin by going room to room documenting what we see and taking photos for reference. If there is a specific repair you have in mind, we will concentrate on that area and you will receive a written estimate once the walk through is complete. Any questions, or concerns can be addressed during the walk through. Any additional questions you may have once our technician has left can be addressed via email at Point2restore@gmail.com , or via chat on our website. 

Of course! We aim to please our customers and if you prefer a brand of paint over another, we are more than accustom with all the top distributors.  We will lean towards the proper primer for the job, but the paint is completely up to you should you have a preference. 

We begin by cleaning the surface area to determine where the damage is located. We will then determine the scope of work and decide if it is something that can be completed in the same day. If we need to return, we will put you in touch with our office for scheduling at a later date.  

We specialize in scratch removal and tarnish removal from all non-ferrous metals and glass. We do not remove dents, dings, or pitting corrosion from metal and we can not fix cracked, or pitted glass. 

Pitting corrosion, or pitting, is a form of extremely localized corrosion that leads to the random creation of small holes in metal and glass. We refer to these holes as pits. You will normally find pitting on exterior surfaces. More so, if you live near the beach, or if you have a high concentrate of salt in the air. On windy days the salt can make contact with your exterior glass and metal at such a velocity, it begins to corrode the top layer of material, working through to the layers beneath. This can not be repaired, only minimized.
